Our classes

Instant
A contemporary Pilates class rooted in Joseph Pilates’ classical method, adapted for a modern and accessible practice. Each session emphasizes precision and movement flow, guided in a supportive atmosphere. The music is intentionally slower—or sometimes absent—to allow you to fully feel each gesture and move with awareness.
Flow
A contemporary Pilates class set to music, enriching the practice by developing both control and range of motion. Breath synchronizes naturally with the tempo, creating a state of fluidity and harmony where every gesture becomes precise and free.
Pulse
A strength-training class inspired by contemporary Pilates, using weights and accessories to build strength, stability, and endurance. Guided by the rhythm of music, each session blends control, precision, and intensity to sculpt the body while respecting the fundamentals of movement. A functional, effective workout that strengthens both deep muscles and posture.

Instant
A return to the essentials: breath, alignment, posture engagement, and coordination. Inspired by classical movement principles—Pilates or Barre—it develops precision, fluidity, and body awareness. This class fosters deep body–mind reconnection in a calm, supportive environment, with options tailored for advanced levels.
flow
A complete and fluid workout that engages the whole body, building flexibility, strength, and stability. Inspired by Pilates and Barre, this class targets deep muscles to immersive music, sculpting and lengthening the body while refining posture and elegance.
Pulse
A functional strength-training session using weights, bands, or small equipment. Ideal for developing muscular endurance, pushing limits, while staying grounded in precision and mindful movement.

Private Classes
Available in Reformer (single or duo), these personalized sessions are offered during off-peak studio hours: a tailor-made experience designed to meet each individual’s needs and goals. Classes in English are also available upon request, including for small groups of up to 6 people.
